Dirk De Prins is one of Flanders most renowned food connoisseurs. When he opened his restaurant ‘Midi Station’, advertising agency BOWLING teamed up with Dedsit to create a series about Mr De Prins’ love for honest food. The result was an over-the-top report of his heroic quest for the perfect ingredient, a journey that takes him from coast to pig stable. The series was featured on Midi Station’s website.
