What if you are to launch a brand new model, but the expected arrival at dealership-showrooms is still a few weeks away? How to boost curiosity, generate word of mouth and … even convince potential buyers to pre-order if you don’t have the actual car? Sure, there’s always a lot of posh glamorous video-material online, but what if you really want to present the car in a no-nonsense but in-depth way?  Toyota came up with an interesting experiment: An online virtual showroom in which you get audiences to LIVE interact while the product-specialist describes everything there is to know & more about this game-changing model. A specialist team was moderating & answering all the questions through the Toyota chatbox and the most frequently asked questions were even answered during the presentation.
